Our Kreative Karma Post " My Favorite Peep"

Hi Crafty friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was okay! I had a little stomach bug on sat. but I got over it pretty fast, and I was able to create this cute little card for your viewing pleasure.

Here is my card and then I will tell you what I did.

For the bunnies I used and svg file. (I will try to find the link for you and place it here) I cut the bunnies at 2.5 inches on my cricut using scal.
After cutting them, I ran them through the xyron sticker maker and added clear glitter to them to make them look candied.
I could not remember if peeps have eyes or not so I chose not to add any because when I did they feel off.

I then cut 2 clouds that I found on google images. I made them a scal file and cut them at 2” and 1”
I popped the 1” up on foam tape.

For the grass I just cut the green paper with my scissors and ruffled it up.

I hand wrote the sentiment but I am not happy with my hand writing and wish I would have printed it on the computer so I may change that.

So that’s all folks!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will head over to Our KreativeKarma and follow our blog so that you can see when my design team sisters post.

Crafty hugs and love
Sarah

    Slow Cooker Sausage Breakfast Casserole
    Ingredients:
1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 lb ground sausage (I used Italian sausage), browned and drained
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    12 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Directions:
Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray (you cannot make this recipe in a smaller crock pot because it won't fit). Layer 1/2 of the potatoes on the bottom of slow cooker.
Top with half of the sausage, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Repeat the layers again.
Beat eggs, milk, and salt and pepper in large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour egg mixture evenly over potato-sausage mixture.
Cook on low setting for 8 hours or on high setting for 4 hours or until eggs are set.
Top with green onions, salsa, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado- whatever you like!

Recipe slightly adapted from Jimmy Dean
