These boot were made for splashin

Hello Crafty Friends!
I hope you are all having a wonderful day! I am having a great day so far. I wanted to share a quick card that I made yesterday.
So Here’s my card

I used the paisley cartridge to cut the boots at 3” they are super big at that size.

After cutting the boots I added some stickles on the "pulls" and on the decor of the boot. then added glossy accents to the soles of the boots.

The stamp is from a stamp set that came from oriental trading com. which i stamped with pacific blue ink. I tied a bow with yellow twine from doodlebug.

So that's it. Thanks for stopping by.

Bunny back in town card Our Kreative Karma Post

Hi Crafty Friends!
I hope you are doing well. For your viewing pleasure today I have a circle card that I used a cricut cake cartridge and birthday bash to make a simple and cute card.

The cuts I used are from
Holiday Cakes pg 69 for bunny @ 2 ¼”
Birthday Bash pg 29 for card and layer @ 4 ¼

Here is my card.

I cut the bunny from the cake cartridge from a pale green and pale purple. Then I added stickles to the dots on the bunny.

When I cut the card, I cut both layers at 4 ¼” then I used the swiss dot cuttlebug folder to give the layer some demision.
The stamp is from walmart studio g it says the bunny is back in town. But with the embossing it didn’t stamp to well so I had to rewrite it.

Then I tied a bow with green satin ribbon.

And that is it. That’s all folks.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will head over to Our Kreative Karma and follow our blog so that you can see when my design team sisters post.

Our Kreative Karma Post " My Favorite Peep"

Hi Crafty friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was okay! I had a little stomach bug on sat. but I got over it pretty fast, and I was able to create this cute little card for your viewing pleasure.

Here is my card and then I will tell you what I did.

For the bunnies I used and svg file. (I will try to find the link for you and place it here) I cut the bunnies at 2.5 inches on my cricut using scal.
After cutting them, I ran them through the xyron sticker maker and added clear glitter to them to make them look candied.
I could not remember if peeps have eyes or not so I chose not to add any because when I did they feel off.

I then cut 2 clouds that I found on google images. I made them a scal file and cut them at 2” and 1”
I popped the 1” up on foam tape.

For the grass I just cut the green paper with my scissors and ruffled it up.

I hand wrote the sentiment but I am not happy with my hand writing and wish I would have printed it on the computer so I may change that.

So that’s all folks!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will head over to Our KreativeKarma and follow our blog so that you can see when my design team sisters post.

Happy Leprechaun Card dt post

Hello Crafty Friends!

I hope you are all doing well. Today is my designer day over at Our Kreative Karma. This month them is Spring, we are to create something for St. Patty’s day, Easter or use pastels.

I chose to create something for St. Patty’s day.

So here is my card.

I used the simply charmed cricut cartridge.

I cut the leprechaun at 3”.

I used a sizzix face instead of cutting out the facial features on the cut.

For the card, I used a dark green card stock cut to an A2 card.
The gold paper is from American Crafts foil pack. I cut it at 5 ¼ by 4
The shamrock paper is from Paper studio from hobby lobby.

I used a studio G stamp for the sentiment, and stamped it with topiary in from close to my heart.

I used an action wobble to give the lep. some movement. Then I added some glossy accents to the eye and boots and some glitter to the shamrock paper.

I love the way that he turned out.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope that you will go over to Our Kreative Karma and follow us.

There are so many talented ladies on the design team and I would love for you to check out the other designers.

Ok on to the card.
So here is my little cutie!

I used Create a Critter 2 for the little bee cut. I cut her out @ 3 ½”
The base of her is black glitter paper. The other layers are just randoms I had in my scrap file.

For the card I use a Kraft base that measures 4 by 5 ½”
Then I added a black glitter layer that is ¼” smaller than the base.
The heart layer is next and I cut it ½” smaller than the black. I then ran it through the swiss dots cuttle bug folder.

For the stamp I used a studio g stamp that said be mine so after stamping that I added an extra e.

I think it turned out so cute.

Next you should head over to Vanessa

Here is the line up in case you get lost along the way.

I love Stickles!!!! How bout you? Have you heard that there is a challenge blog dedicated to STICKLES!!! YAY!! This weeks challenge was to use x-mas red stickles.
So here is my project for the challenge.

I used the art philosophy cartridge for the scallop oval, oval and scallop borders.  The Hearts come from the sweetheart cartridge.

I popped some of the hearts up and stickled the red hearts with Christmas red stickles and on the tan heart I used crystal stickles (my fav)

I had so much fun making a card for this challenge. Here is the link for the blog. I hope you will go and check it out. http://www.allthatstickles.blogspot.com/

Flowers for my friend Valentine's day Card

Hello Crafty Friends!
I hope that you had a great weekend. I know that mine was great even though it was uneventful. I enjoyed spending time with my family and getting some crafting in.
I have a super cute Valentine’s day card to share with you today. I used 3 birds on parade and a paper heart doily to create my card. Take a look!

The bird is cut @3” from 3 birds on parade. I just inked the edges and for the flowers I used flat back pearls and colored them with my copic light orange marker to change their color. I then added glossy accents to the beak and legs of the bird.
The doily came from a large pack that I picked up at the dollar store. I used memento ink in a very light pink to change the color of the doily. I then added that to the card.

I used some American crafts ribbon along the top.

The sentiment is from studio g.

I think that is all that I did. Sorry I didn’t write down all my steps this time as I wasn’t planning on sharing this one. But when it came out so cute I just had to let you see it.

Until next time

Kreative Karma DT Post "Lovin' Those Birthdays"

Hello Crafty Friends!

Today is my design team post over at Our Kreative Karma! Our theme this month is "lovin those Birthdays" so you may be asking what does that mean. well since it is February  we can make either a birthday project or something for love and Valentine's day. I chose to make something for Valentines day!

So Here is my Love inspired card:

The card is A2 sized measuring 4 1/4 by 5 1/2
The brown dot layer is 5 1/4 by 4
The pink rose layer is 5 1/4 by 3
The banner is 5 by 2 1/2
I used the fiskars scallop punch to add a border to each side of the banner.
Then I added flat back pearls to each scallop.

For the heart. I used the Close to my heart Artiste cartridge and cut the scallop heart at 1 1/2" and the regular heart @ 1"

I then added crackle accents to the heart for a vintage look.

I then used the close to my heart love and comfort sympathy set for the sentiment. I stamped it with tuxedo black ink.

I used brown ribbon to tie a bow around the banner portion of the card

So there is my lovely "vintagey" feeling card.

I would love for you to stop by over at the Our Kreative Karma blog and follow us.
